By accessing, testing, deploying, or subscribing to software solutions, hardware configurations, or consultative services provided by eService Space Technologies ("eService Space"), you acknowledge and agree to these commercial terms.
We grant commercial clients a non-exclusive, revocable license to deploy our business ERP systems, transport TMS platforms, petrol pump accounting tools, and biometric CRM software on designated counter terminals, smartphones, and local networks for daily operational management.
Hardware interfacing (thermal printers, weighbridge relays, biometric turnstiles) is conducted by certified technicians. While we ensure complete compatibility with industry-standard protocols (eSSL, ZKTeco, ESC/POS), client is responsible for maintaining functional local power and network connectivity.
You retain 100% full legal ownership of your customer accounts, stock balances, price books, and financial transactions. You may export your entire database in Excel, CSV, or standard SQL formats at any time without obstruction.
These commercial terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
